Guga Fit - Get up, get active

We were very lucky to be chosen to be part of the Guga Fit scheme this year.  For our first session Dan came to visit.  He spoke to us about having a healthy life and asked us to remember 3 important rules:

1. Try to do 60 minutes of exercise every day;
2. Eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables every day;
3. Drink at least 8 cups of water every day.

Dan got us active to music and it was lots of fun!  Come back soon Dan.
