Going Green pictogram

We did a Year 1 survey to find out children travelled to school. In Mrs Vaughan's class the most popular way of travelling to school was by car.

We made a pictogram of our results.  We all hope to try and walk to school if we can when the weather is a little bit warmer!

Going Green

In Year 1 our 'Going Green' topic was transport. We began by doing a traffic survey outside the school to see the different types of vehicles that past in 10 minutes.

We recorded the vehicles that past in a chart

When we returned to class we counted how many of each type of vehicle we saw.
