Children In Need 2011

We had a great 'spotty' day for Children in Need and helped to raise lots of money.  We all helped to make  cakes and sold them at the end of the school day.  We ate some too.  They were yummy!

The children also enjoyed other Pudsey bear activities throughout the day.

Dinosaur Art attack!

 We really enjoyed finding out about different types of dinosaurs. We created some dinosaurs outside using junk materials and fabrics. Can you guess which dinosaurs they are?

School Trip to Dan-Yr -Ogof Caves

 We all had a wonderful time on our first Year 1 school trip. We went to Dan-Yr-Ogof Caves and even though it was a rainy day we all had great fun. We went into different caves some were very dark and others had very low ceiling. In one cave there was even a waterfall! We spotted lots of stalagmites and stalactites.

 Outside of the caves we spied lots of different dinosaurs and got some good ideas for our dinosaur home task!

 After a hard day exploring the caves and dinosaurs we still had lots of energy left to enjoy the indoor play barn!
