Designing, making and testing our boats
Mr Grinling the lighthouse keeper sent us an e Mail SOS to see if we could help him by designing and making him a new boat. We had great fun using junk materials to make our boats. Then we tested them.

Winter pictures
Although we haven't had any snow in Pontyclun yet this year the children still enjoyed painting their own snowman pictures. When they were dry they added detail with pastels.
RNLI SOS day
Avast me hearties!! On Friday we dressed up to raise money for RNLI SOS day. Thank you to everyone who brought in a donation. We raised £50 which we will be sending to this worthy charity that the children have been learning about this term. We enjoyed lots of pirate activities including learning how to speak like a real pirate!
